Clinical Evidence:
Use for penile enlargement of healthy penises:
In clinical trials using the Jes-Extender, all
patients achieved penile lengthening, the average increase in erect length being
2.8cm (1.1"), a 24% increase over an 8-24 week
treatment period. Average lengthening per week was 1.9mm. Average in girth
was 19%.
Use in Peyronie's:
When the Jes-Extender was used in clinical trials
to treat Peyronie's disease (curved or bent penis), the fibrotic plaque which
causes the curve of the penis decreased or completely disappeared in 96.1% of
cases.
61.9% patients who had been experiencing erectile
dysfunction due to their Peyronie's recovered it, and and 90.9% regained penile

Our Guinea Pigs & The Jes-Extender:
We asked 2 volunteers, Paul and Jack, to act as guinea pigs, using
the Jes-Extender for 6 months. Here are their results and comments.

Paul on usuability:
"When I first got the extender out of the box, it felt a bit overwhelming, loads
of plastic and metal that I had to put together. The manual was fine, but
thinking about it, it would have been nice to have been able to check I'd got
things right by looking at a video - the one on the site is promotional rather
than educational.
As far as actually using the device went, once I'd
got over the problems with comfort, it was a breeze. I found it that the
trick was to get into a routine, and stick with it. I couldn't wear the extender
at work, so I'd get home, slip on the extender and wear it through until 6am the
following morning, making sure I taped up good during the night."

"There was a time when I thought this thing wasn't
going to work for me - I felt like the damn thing was cutting off my circulation
after about an hour, and I kept slipping out, especially if I wore the extender
at night. I found a workaround by using the Soft Attach spare part, together
with some gauze and a little microtape to hold things in place. If I had known
about it, I would have bought the comfort strap as an add-on"

"The thing is just designed to increase size,
right? Well, you already know it's done that. A lot of the time when I'm
making out I feel really pumped out and huge, but I'm wondering if that isn't
simply because I'm so much larger, rather than some extra effect of the

"If I could, I'd get by using penis
pills, but they just don't work, or at least, the ones I tried before doing this
didn't. Once I got my head around wearing my dick in a cage, it was sort of OK -
became easier once I'd started seeing some growth and could justify my actions.
