Some men are born with an unusually small penis,
which does not grow at the normal rate associated with the rest of the body.
This condition is known as
micropenis.
While hormone treatment is usually administered to assist growth, it rarely is
of sufficient benefit to allow the penis to reach normal size.
Post puberty, penile surgery may
be recommended, but it often produces unsatisfactory results. An alternative
treatment, in the form of penile traction may be prescribed.
Penile traction works on the
well-established medical principle that when tissue is subject to mild trauma,
it well break down and repair itself, usually resulting in a multiplication of
tissue cells. It is a technique also used in orthopaedic medicine and plastic
surgery.
In the case of penis traction,
the penis is subjected to gentle traction over a number of weeks and months,
causing the penile tissue cells to break down and reform in greater number. As
they do so, they increase the total blood volume able to be held by the penis,
which is in large part dependent on blood volume for its size whether erect or
flaccid.

traction, visit this page.
Penis traction devices are now
freely available, but few are capable of accommodating the micro penis (less
than 4 inches in length). Euro Extender and X4 Extender are two versions of the
AndroPenis Micro Device which
is especially designed for the smaller penis.

extender devices below, or by visiting their websites.
