What different methods can I use to enlarge my penis?
You can achieve either
temporary or permanent penis enlargement, depending on
your needs, budget, patience and level of commitment to the work needed to achieve
growth.
Permanent enlargement methods:
Penis surgery - surgery (known
as penoplasty or phalloplasty) in which fat from elsewhere in the body is
grafted into the penis shaft to give a fuller appearance.
Penis extenders - Use of a medical grade
penis traction device over an extended period forces growth of penile tissue,
increasing both length and thickness..
Penis exercise - Exercises carried
out manually produce growth in the same manner as that achieved through penis
traction above.
Temporary enlargement methods:
Herbal penis enlargement pills - pills or
capsules containing compounds used in Chinese medicine and homeopathy. Some also
contain amino acids and vitamins essential for maximising tissue growth.
Increase in size is achieved mostly by promoting maximum flow of blood to the
penis, so that size is increased during an erect state. Also improves ability to
maintain erection.
Herbal penis enlargement patches -
Trans-dermal patches containing compounds similar to those found in herbal
pills. Designed for those users who can't, or prefer not to take treatment
orally.
Viagra, Cialis, etc. - Prescription drugs designed to promote and sustain penile
erection in cases of sexual dysfunction.
Which methods are the most effective?
We
choose, without reservation to endorse
penis extenders as the most
effective means of enlarging the penis. Not only have the most successful
penis extenders been subjected to vigorous clinical testing, the scientific
rationale used for penis growth by stretching has been established for over 30
years, and used in a number of medical disciplines.
The
only other method of penis enlargement which can truly be regarded as a means of
achieving permanent growth is penis exercise, which leaves too much room for
human error (and apathy). Penis pills and patches can only be seen as
providing temporary cosmetic enhancement.
How safe are penis pills?
While prescription-grade drugs such as Viagra are
recognised as being responsible for side effects such as increased heart rate
and priapism (painful and /or sustained
erection), most herbal penis enlargement pills cause no reported side effects.
The majority of the substances found in herbal penis pills appear on the FDA's
GRAS list ("generally accepted as safe") list. Pills containing yohimbe should
be avoided as this substance is associated with some
negative effects.
How safe are penis patches?
Although (because the active ingredients aren't
metabolised via the digestive system) penis
patches may be more efficient, they are no more or less safe than pills
(see above).
How safe are penis extenders / penis stretchers?
If used according to the simple instructions to
provide a gradually increasing amount of traction, medical grade penis extender
devices such as SizeGenetics
and ProExtender (also known as
SizePro,
Ultimate Stretcher,
Fastsize,
Jes Extender and
Vimax) are extremely safe to use.
These devices have been developed by medical doctors and have certification as
medical instruments.
How safe is penis exercise?
If carried out correctly, this is a completely safe
method of penis enlargement. Choose a penis enlargement exercise program which
provides video instructions for each exercise.
Penis-Health and
Penile Fitness are
both excellent examples of such programs.
I'm just 16 - am I old enough to start penis enlargement?
Although advice from at least one penis extender manufacturer is that you can
start using a device at age 14, you should ideally wait until you're at least 18
before you start using any form of penis enlargement as your body is still
growing (in fact you'll continue growing until you're around 21).
I've got a heart condition - can I use penis pills safely?
Unlike Viagra and its derivatives, penis enlargement pills do not generally to contain
ingredients that are contra-indicated for those suffering from cardio-vascular
problems. Penis pills containing Yohimbe provide an exception to this rule. The
use of Yohimbine and Yohimbe has been associated with a number of
serious side effects, among them decrease in blood pressure and changes in
heart rhythm.
Nevertheless, if you have any form of
cardio-vascular problem including high or low blood pressure, angina or arterial
sclerosis (hardened arteries), you should make a
list of the ingredients in the pills you are intending to purchase, and take
this to either your physician or a medically qualified Chinese medical herbalist
in order to ascertain whether these ingredients are likely to interfere with
your medication.
The same advice applies to those suffering from
any condition which requires monitoring by a physician, including diabetes
and depressive illness.
If you have concerns, or if you are advised that
the use of penis pills is contra-indicated, you might consider using either a
penis exercise
program, which will promote both growth and erectile control, or a
penis traction device.
My penis is very small - can I get a penis extender device to fit me?
The standard penis device is designed to fit penises of an erect length of 4 or
more inches (10cm). If your penis smaller than this, but at least 3.25 inches
(8cm), you can use the Mini AndroPenis.
How long should I go on growing my penis?
It
generally takes around six months to achieve growth of 1.5 inches (erect length)
using a good penis extender. The available evidence suggests that you can
continue to make gains beyond this - 12 months use will give you just under 3
extra inches (erect length). Beyond this, you need to think hard: while there
are undoubtedly guys who think they can never be big enough, just how are
you going to use a monster penis? The average vagina is less than 6.5
inches in length, and if you're into anal and/or oral sex, you're going to be
using even less length than that. Remember - you want to impress your sexual
partners - not scare them off!
